Vitamin E has antioxidant properties, protects cells against free radicals, it is also necessary for the proper functioning of the reproductive system and the development of the embryo, prevents degeneration of skeletal muscles and liver, increases the absorption, use and storage of vitamin A. Vitamin E has anti -inflammatory effect and participates in immune processes, inhibits oxidation, among others vitamins A and C.
