Description
The mixture contains a mucosa of the pig, which has pepsin activity. The presence of citric, sorb and phosphate acid provides a low pH mixture, suitable for pepsin activity. Pepsyna is an enzyme participating in the digestion of proteins in the stomach. Indirectly stimulates the appetite and digestion processes throughout the digestive tract. The low acidity of the mixture contributes to the activation of natural gastric proteas.
